Local authors hold book signings
A double book signing was held at the Leachville Library last Monday with local authors Charity A. Lane and Brannah Bibbs. The event was sponsored by Chapter AC PEO members.
Lane is wife to Toby, mother to TJ and Toby Jo, and child of the one true God. She is also a nurse who believes that the greatest purpose in life is to help fellow humans through the most difficult struggles of life. This purpose inspired her to write Faith over Fear, and Charity believes that by chronicling her own struggle with fear and sharing the lessons she’s learned about overcoming fear through faith, she will be able to help others through their own struggles with fear.
Lane grew up in Blytheville and now resides in the Kennett/Senath area. She has family in Leachville and was very pleased to be invited to the book signing.
The book is available in hardback, paperback and E-book. For more information about the author and the book or to order log on to www.faithovercomesfear.com.
Bibbs grew up in Leachville and is the author of When Life Turns Upside Down. She and her husband Samuel and daughter Ellington recently returned to Arkansas. Bibbs is working in Osceola in the Mississippi County Assessor's Office.
She has always enjoyed writing and her first published novel is about a young woman as she deals with past relationships, estranged family members and forgotten friends. When Life Turns Upside Down is available on Amazon and barnesandmoble.com or for signed copies facebook.com/whenlifeturnsupsidedown.
Bibbs is working on her second novel, Within Pages of Wild Stories, and hopes to have it out in 2019.
Both young authors expressed their appreciation to the PEO and everyone who stopped by the library.
