Lionís Cross Country Finish The Season Strong

The Lionís Cross Country teams competed in the state championship meet on Nov. 2 on the infield at Oaklawn in Hot Springs.

Girls:

Manila's Sadie McDonald, freshman, finished in 6th place, garnering all-state honors.

Boys:

Manila's Connor Jackson, sophomore, finished in 4th place, grabbing all-state honors for the 2nd straight season.

Jake Baltimore, freshman, also finished well, placing 18th in the team results.

Connor Jackson and Sadie McDonald both earned all-state honors at the state championship cross country meet in Hot Springs on November 2.

Manilaís boys team finished 6th, the highest finish for any boys team from NEA.
