Manila scored six runs in the opening frame, picked up a single tally in the second inning and plated two more in the third before ending the game with a three-run fifth inning. Wallace struck out eight and walked just two batters.

Senior Sasha Pannells, playing her last game at Lion Field, blasted a three-run homer, scored three runs, and stole a pair of bases. Ashlyn Jolly ripped an RBI double, scored twice, and swiped three bases. Wallace helped her own cause with a pair of singles, an RBI and two runs scored. Madison Bibbs drilled an RBI single and scored a run while Presley Pierce socked an RBI single. Micah Lancaster walked twice, drove in a run, and scored once while Ali Smith had an RBI and scored a run.

Hanah Carle suffered the loss for the Lady Mustangs, working four and 1/3 innings, allowing eight earned runs on nine hits. Carle and Olivia Cornish were the only BIC base runners, each drawing a walk.
