The Corner Deli in Leachville opened at 906 South Main Street on Dec. 4. The family business is owned by Michael and Kim Webster.

Kim's business, Two Hearts Embroidery, was located in the 700 foot building until she outgrew the space and moved into the new 1,100 square foot building next door.

The smaller building houses the new deli which carries 30 kinds of meats and cheeses, sold by the pound or by the sandwich. In addition to the meats and cheeses, the deli will have bread, crackers, fresh fruit, vegetables and more.

They also offer large party trays for all events and will deliver in the area. A 48 hour notice is needed for large orders.

A pizza oven should be in by Jan. 15 which will allow them to serve Bellarico New York Style Pizzas.

Hours are 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. When the oven is in place, the deli will open at 7 a.m. serving breakfast pizzas and biscuits.

“Leachville needs a grocery store, but hopefully this will help,” Michael said.

Joining Michael and Kim working the new deli are Ethan Webster and Samantha Snowden.

The Websters invite everyone to stop by and see what they have to offer. The phone number for The Corner Deli is (870) 539-2227.
