Patsy Joyce Rucker

Patsy Joyce Rucker, 80, of Leachville, died Thursday, Nov. 9, 2017, at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro. Born and raised in the Macey community near Monette, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Claire Sanders Baugh and had been a Leachville resident for many years. She was a longtime employee of the former Brown Shoe Company in Leachville and had also worked several years at the former Wyatt's Cafeteria in Jonesboro. Patsy was a member of the Second Baptist Church in Leachville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Kenneth Baugh, Bobby Baugh and Jackie Baugh, and an infant son, John David Rucker.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Chris Rucker of Jonesboro; one brother, Gary Baugh of Leachville; one sister, Jean Ross of St. Clair, Mo. She also leaves four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral service was 11 a. m. Monday, Nov. 13, at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville with Rev. Lee Davis officiating. Burial followed in Cardwell Cemetery.
