Shirley C. Benham, 81, of Manila, passed away May 2, 2017. Born March 9, 1936, to James and Lori Ford, she was a CNA at Manila Nursing Home, a homemaker and a member of First United Pentecostal Church in Manila.

She is survived by her daughters, Pat and Bill Clayton of Leachville, Dorothy “Dot” Penix of Manila, Betty and Danny Webb of Greenbrier, Rosie Smith of Manila, and Lisa McFall of Manila; sons, Bobby and Leola Benham, Donald Benham, Jerry and Janice Benham, Tony and Lisa Benham, Kenneth and Penny Benham, Freddie Benham, Glen Benham, all of Manila, and Charles “Chuckie” and Nancy Benham of Walnut Ridge; 69 grandchildren; 133 great-grandchildren; sisters, Evelyn Wilson of Vilonia and Juanita Ford of Denver, Colo.; and brothers, Buck Ford of Conway and John Ford of Little Rock.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Mackey Joe Benham; parents; brothers, Eldon Ford and Truman Ford; sister, Peggy Benham, and granddaughter, Melissa Benham.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Friday, May 5, at First United Pentecostal Church in Manila with funeral service following at 1 p.m. Interment will be in Manila Cemetery.
