Jeremy Bennett joins Whitetail Properties Real Estate, LLC
Jeremy Bennett of Manila is embarking on a new, exciting career as a licensed real estate agent, with Whitetail Properties Real Estate, LLC. Bennett, a land specialist, will be working throughout nine counties including Mississippi, Craighead, Greene, Clay, Lawrence, Randolph, Sharp, Izard and Fulton.
He is looking forward to helping clients buy or sell land for hunting, farming, ranching or timber.
Whitetail Properties, founded in 2007, is a nationwide network.
Whitetail Properties has a website and has property featured on Whitetail Properties TV, an award winning television show on the Sportsman Channel in more than 36 million homes. Over 490,000 acres have been sold through Whitetail Properties Real Estate in the last five years.
Bennett grew up in a small farming community in the Bootheel of Missouri. Some of his fondest memories involve hunting and fishing with his dad and grandfather, "Paw-Paw."
His love of the outdoors led him to pursue a Bachelors of Science in Wildlife Biology from Murray State University in 2000, and a Master's of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Management from Mississippi State University in 2005.
He worked in the southeastern United States and Canada for the next 11 years with various state and federal land management agencies including the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as manager over an 11,000 acre National Wildlife Refuge.
"My passion has always focused on bottomland hardwood forest and wetland management for migratory waterfowl, whitetail deer and turkey," he said. "My other passion focuses on connecting future generations with the outdoors by sharing my love for all things outside and wild. After buying my own 'dirt' to manage and working hard on the land with my wife Julie and two sons Gabe and Zeke, we saw firsthand the fruits of our labor."
His desire to help others and enhance hunting opportunities through habitat management motivated him to become a land specialist.
"This is an ideal fit for me after having a successful career in federal land management," he said. "I am looking forward to working with private land owners on utilizing conservation stewardship practices. As a land specialist with Whitetail Properties, I will combine my experience in habitat management and resource conservation to help my clients buy or sell property. My goal is to create a connection between the buyer and the land so they can begin making unforgettable memories."
Bennett is looking forward to helping people as a land specialist. He is ready to work as hard as he can for his clients.
