Elite Senior Care's main office is located in Paragould with branches in Marked Tree and Osceola. Last year was a busy year as Elite opened Marked Tree in August, Osceola in October and Manila in December.
The Hagoods started the private care agency in Paragould in 2013. They also own and operate Almost Family Personal Care in Gassville which they opened in 2015.
The Hagoods are former teachers starting their own business in 2008 purchasing a day care in Paragould.
Their third daughter, Ella, was born and the opportunity to purchase a daycare arose and they decided it was a good choice for them. Both had been involved in the ABC Program and had experience working with children.
In addition to the senior care businesses, they still have the day care in Paragould and a daycare in Springdale which they established in 2011.
The Hagoods have five children, Alexis 13, Addie Grace 11, Ella 9, Tyson 7, and Jagger 4. Alexis holds the title of Miss Teen Greene County 2017 and will compete in Miss Teen International in April.
The Hagoods have a passion for the care of children and seniors.
"We want our employees to share our passion for the children and the seniors in our care," Mrs. Hagood said. "We appreciate our staff. We are here to work with them."
They have approximately 200+ employees in the their day cares and senior care with about 250 clients.
"We have had a great reception since coming to Manila," Gryner said. "We are looking forward to being part of the community."
More expansions are underway with plans to open offices in the Marion/West Memphis area.
"As we grow, there will be more job opportunities in the area," Mr. Hagood said. "We appreciate all of our staff. They do a great job and we will do the best we can to meet the needs of our clients."
Elite Senior Care accepts Medicaid, VA and private pay.
It is a private care agency offering personal care, homemaker, respite, targeted case management, AR Choices/Elder's Choice.
