Billie Gene Clements

Harrisburg -- Mr. Billie Gene Clements, 80, passed away Friday, Oct. 30, 2015. He was born June 18, 1935, in Bay Village to the late Tom and Albertine Clements. He was a construction worker, who enjoyed hunting, farming, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his children, Terissia Mann (Myron Jr.) and Charlotte Totty (Mike), all of Cherry Valley, Jackie Ladd (George) of Paragould, Jan Mitleff of Harrisburg, Kathy Long and Terry Clements, both of Paragould, Tommy Clements of Jonesboro and Richard Clements of Cherry Valley; two sisters, Betty Bruce and Shirley Minirth, both of Manila; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Clements; two sisters, Carolyn Daughtery and Ann Warren; a brother, Rit Clements.

A celebration of his life was 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, at Gregg- Weston Funeral Home with Sherrril Brown officiating. Burial followed at Bay Village Cemetery.

The family received friends from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, at the funeral home.

Honored to serve as pallbearers were Mike Totty, Spencer Clements, Jody Moulder, Shawn cox, Christopher Moulder and Myron Mann Jr.
