Michael Duane Robins

Michael Duane Robins, age 44, of Lake City, died Sunday March 15, 2015, at his home. Born in Douglas, Mich., he was the son of the late Jerry Mac and Lola Joyce Chadwick Robins, and had been a Lake City resident since 1974. A 1989 graduate of Riverside High School, he was a retired metal fabricator and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lake City. Mike had a passion for his family and motorcycles.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Felton, and a brother, Jerry Lee Robins.

Survivors include two sons, Michael Sean Robins and his wife, Stephanie of Brookland and Jacob Craig Robins and his wife, Amber of Walcott; two grandchildren, Emma Grace Robins and Gavin Craig Robins. He also leaves his twin brother, Matthew Robins and his wife, Sherie of Lake City, and a sister, Diane Andrews of Brookland.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday March 20, at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville with Rev. Steve Terrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Leachville Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Thursday evening, March 19, from 6-8 at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will include; Matthew Robins, Tyler Andrews, Adam Felton, and Bill Andrews.
