Other wrestlers included Big Daddy LaFonce, The K-9's, Chris Austin, Mr. Nugget, James Lee Booker, Chris Hollywood, DA Badest, Tommy Drama, The Hambones, the legendary Freeze" Thompson, The East Coast Bad Boys, Serpent, Kilo Key, Lightening, and others.
The night held several surprises and proved to be a good night for wrestling fans.
Buffalo Island Relay for Life chair Brenda Matheny expressed her appreciation to the wrestlers who volunteered their time and talents to help raise money for the Relay for Life. She also expressed her appreciation to the fans who attended the event.
Ticket sales, concession and donations raised over $2,000. The winner of the 50/50 drawing donated her half of the winnings and tee shirts were donated to be auctioned.
Brian Lee of Manila has always been part of the Wrestling for a Cure events held in Manila but was not able to participate this year due to his own diagnosis of cancer.
"I've always participated and supported the Relay, but this year I really understand the importance of the fight for a cure," Lee said.
