Lorene Frances Parks

Lorene Frances Parks, 88, of Manila, widow of Clarence Parks, died Sunday, July 13, 2014, at the Manila Nursing Center. Born Aug. 15, 1925, in Paragould, she was a lifetime Manila area resident and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Manila.

She is survived by a son, Freddie Wayne Edwards of Manila; and a daughter, Cynthia Brasfield of Paragould. She also leaves seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Rev. Eddie Hawkins officiating. Burial followed in Manila Cemetery. The family received visitors Tuesday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home. Guest register @Howard Funeral Service.
