Noah Andrew Cook, 16, of Leachville, passed from this life Friday, Nov. 15, 2013, at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis. Born July 2, 1997, in Jonesboro, Noah was a lifelong Leachville area resident and a student at Buffalo Island Central High School. He was an avid reader and enjoyed hunting, fishing and four wheeling. He was a member of the Leachville Second Baptist Church.

Survivors include his parents, Andrea and Tommy Crawford of Leachville and Bobby and Tera Cook of Trumann; a sister, Bailey Crawford of Leachville; three brothers, Nathan Cook, Ryan Cook and Carson Cook, all of Trumann; his grandparents, Cherri and Rick Martin, Randall Ryan, Johnny and Flora Thomas, Nolan and Ki-Suk Cook, and Gerald and Joann Carmichael; and great-grandparents, Chub and Linda Qualls, Robert and Bonnie Hall, and Wanda Crawford.

Funeral service was 11 a.m. Monday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville with Rev. Tracy Wilson officiating. Burial followed in Monette Cemetery.

The family received visitors from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers were Charlie Lambert, Adam Carmichael, Ryan Shelton, Reid Shelton, Lee Hall, Justin Noblin and Jason Harrison. Honorary pallbearers were Griffin Varner, Drake Pipkin, Cody Bolster and Logan Harrison.
