BIC Jr. High Homecoming

Buffalo Island Central Junior High Homecoming representatives are: Queen Madison Brown; ninth grade princesses -- Elizabeth Brady and Kayla Griffin; eighth grade princesses -- Krista Pittman, Cadyn Qualls, and Lizette Vasquez; seventh grade princesses -- Katie Fry, Haddyn Hurt and Morgan James; flower girl-Jaylyn Cagle and ball bearer-Layne Helton.

Buffalo Island Central Junior High Homecoming was held Friday, Nov. 1, at the junior high gymnasium in Leachville.

Will Jackson served as Mater of Ceremony and Kensie Walker served as Mistress of Ceremony. Beau Weeks was the music master.

The seventh grade and junior high basketball players were recognized.

Seventh grade princesses and escorts were Katie Fry, escorted by Abraham Lopez; Haddyn Hurst, escorted by Andrew McFarlin; Morgan James, escorted by Trey Depriest. Eighth grade princesses and escorts were: Krista Pittman, escorted by Dustin Johnson; Cadyn Qualls, escorted by Alex Talavera; and Lizette Vasquez, escorted by Jace Couch. Ninth grade princesses and escorts were Elizabeth Brady, escorted by Chayse Carmichael; Kayla Griffin, escorted by Cory Turner. Queen Madison Brown was escorted by Dax Hurst. The flower girl was Jaylyn Cagle and ball bearer was Layne Helton.

The theme for the 2013-2014 junior high homecoming was "You're My Cinderella."

The junior and senior high BIC Mustangs hosted Armorel winning both games for the homecoming night. The junior high won by a score of 53-50 and the senior high won 71-48.
