Car buffs to gather in Piggott May 17-19

The schedule is set for the 15th Annual Piggott Heritage Park Car Show. The show is held at Heritage Park in Piggott, May 17, 18, and 19.

Registration begins Friday afternoon and continues through Saturday morning at the park.

Events for participants begin Friday evening, May 17, with a chicken wing dinner followed by karaoke in the amphitheater at Heritage Park.

Saturday morning, May 18, the Piggott Lions Club will be hosting an all you can eat pancake breakfast at Piggott Community Center. The breakfast is open to the public and costs $5 per person. Participants are treated to a pork steak dinner in the afternoon prior to line up for the Cruise to downtown.

Sunday, May 19, the show will wrap-up at Heritage with the awards ceremony. A trophy and $500 will be awarded to "Best of Show" and trophies and $250 will be awarded to both "People's Choice" and "Ladies Choice" winners. There will be several other trophies awarded during the ceremony.

Early entries are still being accepted or vehicles may be entered at the gate the day of the show. The entry fee is $40 per vehicle.

General admission to the Car Show is $3 per person.

Vendor space is still available for the event.
