Jonesboro group visits Manila Museum.

A group from Calvary Baptist Church in Jonesboro made a visit to Manila Thursday enjoying a guided tour of the Manila Depot Museum, the smallest state park, the Herman Davis Monument and lunch.

The group is named JOY which stands for Just Over Youth. They looked into the history of the area on display at the museum. Donna Jackson, local historian, was on hand to show them around and answer questions.

One of the guests was a former Manila resident, Lillie Dean Lutz. She especially enjoyed visiting the town where she grew up.
