2013 Miss BIC Crowned

Cassidy Qualls, a senior at Buffalo Island Central High School, was recently crowned Miss BIC 2013 in the school's annual pageant. Qualls, the daughter of Jeff and Stacey Qualls of Monette, is a BIC Student Council president, FCCLA secretary and BIC's 2013 valedictorian.

First alternate was Madison Greathouse, daughter of Angie Greathouse of Leachville and Lee Greathouse of Monette. Second alternate and most photogenic was Jillian Key, daughter of Jada Key of Leachville and Michael Key.

Rachel Goldammer, daughter of Dennis and Jennifer Gathright of Monette, was voted Miss Congeniality and named Top 5. Jodiee Clay, daughter of Cathy and the late Wayne Whitley of Black Oak, was also named Top 5. Jordan Vaughn, daughter of Greg and Rebecca Graddy of Monette and Bradley Vaughn of Lake City, was awarded Best Dress.
