Sandra Jean "Sandy" Hawkins Hall
Sandra Jean "Sandy" Hawkins Hall, 57, of Harrisburg, formerly of Manila, died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013, at her home. Born a Manila, she was the daughter of the late John Webster "J.W." Hawkins and had been a Harrisburg resident for 25 years. She was a 1973 graduate of Manila High School and an orthodontist assistant having worked for Wagner/Weaver Orthodontic Specialties in Jonesboro for over 25 years.
She was a member of the Milligan Ridge Baptist Church.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Hawkins and a sister, April Hawkins.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Louise Hawkins of Manila; two sisters, Kathy Williams and her husband Ron of Jonesboro and Crystal Hawkins of Harrisburg; a brother, Tony Hawkins and his wife Sheila of Manila; and her sister-in-law, Audrey Hawkins of Caraway. She also leaves a nephew, Rev. Heath Hawkins and his wife Candace of Caraway; two nieces, Sarah Beth Hawkins of Caraway and Heather Williams of Jonesboro.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Caraway Cemetery in Caraway, Ark., with Rev. Heath Hawkins officiating. The service will be under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Manila.
The family will receive visitors Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home in Manila.
