Kristina Shirley named Employee of the Month

Monette Manor selected Kristina Shirley for December Employee of the Month. Ms. Shirley works in housekeeping and laundry. She has been employed at Monette Manor for six years.

She is married to Robbie Shirley and they have four children, Andrea, 16; Jared, 13; Ethan, 11; and Abigail, 3.

Her hobbies include cooking, playing with her children and caring for their horses.

"Everyone here cares about each other and works great together," she said. "We have the best staff in every department, especially in housekeeping. I couldn't ask for a better group of co-workers to work side by side with. Our supervisor, Laverne Austin, is the best boss I've ever had. I love working here because we are a team, every department from the office on. I'd like to thank everyone who thinks I deserve employee of the month."
