Ms. Clay has been a CNA at
the facility for almost nine years, beginning work on the night shift, then moving to weekends and presently works the evening, or "second" shift. She is a graduate of Blytheville High School and Cotton Boll Vo-Tech, and she lives in Blytheville with her son and two nieces. Her hobbies include reading, which she describes as what she loves to do with her free time.
She had this to say about working at MNC: "I like the people, the residents. I like talking with them and finding out about them, their lives and what they did in the past. It's very interesting to discover things about them and what they used to do. I enjoy taking care of them."
Her nickname, "Honey," was given to her by a resident, who had this to say: "I call her Honey, because she is always so sweet to me."
