Truck pull set for Saturday.

A two and four wheel drive truck pull will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday. The event will be held behind Southworth in Manila, off Highway 77. Those attending are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and umbrellas for shade. There will be a concession stand.

There will also be an antique tractor pull exhibition.

There are approximately 20 entries from Mountain Home, Thayer, West Plains, and Cape Girardeau, Mo., and Illinois. Any local drivers wishing to participate in the local stock should be there by 3 p.m. There is no pre-registration.

Admission is $5 with kids under 12 admitted free.
