The Feed Lot, a restaurant in Caraway, was welcomed with a ribbon cutting on Saturday. The new business is located at 103 East State Street, across from the city park.

The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 4 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is closed on Sunday. The telephone number is (870) 956-0055.
The business offers plate lunches throughout the week with beans and cornbread served every day. Salt pork, fried potatoes, greens, white beans and cornbread are served on Mondays. Fish will be served every Friday starting at 11 a.m.
Steaks will be served on Saturday nights. A large variety of menu items is available at all times.
Employees include Justin Faulkner, Jamie Faulkner Charlie Mahan, Sandy Mahan, Courtney Garrett, Alexis McClain, Dawn Weaver, Tiffany Treece, Whitney Jones, Haven Crews, Morgan Hill, Ashley Bowman, Sarah Hawkins, Hannah Browning, T'Sandra Horton, Nathan Mahan, Amanda Weaver and Nadine. Desserts will be by Kim Couch. City officials present for ribbon cutting were Justin Faulkner, Jamie Faulkner of Faulkner Tax Office, Caraway Mary Barry Riley, and City Council members Marvin Browning, Mitchell Tipton and Bo James.
