Ronald Lee Hale

Ronald Lee Hale, 54, of Leachville, passed from this life early Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at the Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. Born at Hayti, Mo., he was the son of the late Hillard Hale and had been a Leachville resident since 1972. Ronald was a 1976 graduate of Leachville High School and was a cotton ginner and longtime employee for the Childress Gin and Elevator Company.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a grandson, Brayden Moya.

Survivors include a son, Bo Lee Hale of Paragould; four daughters, Chesslyn Hale of Paragould, Rhoni Moya of Paragould, Christi Hale of Leachville and Samantha Bollinger of Manila. Ronald also leaves his mother, Thelma Story Hale of Leachville; three brothers, Donald Hale of Monette, James Hale of Jonesboro and Richard Hale of Monette; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville with Rev. Joey Smithson officiating. Burial followed in Macey Cemetery near Monette. The family received visitors Thursday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home.
