Grayson Emery, 8, and his nephew, Mason Emery, 7, of Caraway have been riding in a winter series rodeo, SJRA, at Benton, Ark. They both ride in several events but one of their favorites is riding steers.

On Jan. 21, 2012, they were at the horse races and were asked by D. Wayne Lukas, a well known trainer, to join him at the winner's circle after one of the horses he trained, Absinthe Minded, won.

The boys were given a pair of goggles by jockey Terry Thompson.
