Paul Dean Crews, 62, of Leachville, died Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012, at the Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould. He was the son of the late Eugene and Ethel Mary Pilgram Crews and had been a lifelong Leachville area resident. He was a former longtime employee of Hytrol Conveyor in Jonesboro and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Leachville.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Pauline Crews, and a sister, Wanda Crews.

Survivors include his wife, Darlene Mansfield Crews of the home; two stepsons, Michael Skaggs of Arbyrd, Mo., and Donald Skaggs of Leachville; his daughter, Angela Crews Costilla of Leachville; two stepdaughters, Karen Faulkner and Robin Davis, both of Leachville; three brothers, Ray Crews of Leachville, James Crews of Leachville and Jimmy Hoskins of Fallbrook, Calif.; three sisters, Alice Henson of Corpus Christi, Texas, Barbara Ballard of Leachville and Frances Thompson of Fayetteville, N.C. He also leaves 19 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, in the First Assembly of God Church in Leachville with Rev. Tom Newman officiating. Burial will follow in the Leachville Cemetery. The family received visitors 6-8 p.m. Monday evening at the Howard Funeral Chapel in Leachville.

Serving as active pallbearers will be Jimmy Ballard, Robert Ballard, Vent Holt, Billy Holt, Justin Davis and Randy Scroggins. Honorary pallbearer will be Lyndon Costilla.
