Percy Sanders

Percy Sanders, 64, of Osceola, Ark., died Monday, Aug. 15, 2011, at Osceola Heath Care, Inc. in Osceola. Born March 28, 1947 in Savage, Miss., he was the son of the late Leroy and Ida Franklin Sanders and was a mechanic.

He is survived by one son, Rodney Sanders of Jacksonville, Fla.; one daughter, Theresa Fertonardo of Jacksonville, Fla.; two brothers, Wayne Sanders of Osceola and Prentis Sanders of Luxora, Ark.; two sisters, Annette Goss of Macon, Miss., and Helen Osborn of Sardis, Miss.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Sanders was preceded in death by a son, Darrell Sanders; three brothers, Monroe Sanders, Clay Sanders and William Sanders; and a sister, Kerry Fisher.

The family has requested a private service and disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Ark.
