Charles Edward Mouser, 53, of Leachville, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2011, at St. Bernards Medical Center.
He was born June 3, 1958, at Leachville, Ark., to Berneal and Pauline Ross Mouser. He married Francis Hodge of Lake City on Aug. 28, 1998. He lived most of his life in Leachville.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Clarence and Maggie Edgin Mouser and Homer and Lovia Ashburn Ross; three uncles Marion Ross, Gene Crawford, and Millard Scott; one aunt, Margie Cagle; and a cousin Brad Cagle.
He is survived by his wife, Francis, of the home; a son Shannon Mouser of Leachville; a step-daughter, Angel Moore of Corning, Ark.; his parents Berneal and Pauline Mouser of Leachville; a brother, Bruce Mouser of Leachville; aunts and Uncles, Dee Ross of Canton, Ill., Dorthy Scott of Brookland, Ark., Gladys Crawford of Searcy, Ark., J.W. and Patsy Ross of Columbian, Ala; Joe Cagle of Leachville; and Glenville and Judy Nettles of Monette, Ark.; and several cousins.
He was a loving husband, father, son and brother. He loved to take his son fishing. He will always be loved and never forgotten by his family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to come to a celebration of his life on Friday, July 29, at 3 p.m. at the Church of Christ in Leachville. Charles will be cremated later.
