Manila board extends duties of Middle School principal

Following a lengthy executive session in a special called meeting on Tuesday night, Manila Superintendent Pam Castor recommended a reconfiguration of grades, grouping pre-K through eighth grade.

The board voted unanimously in favor of the recommendation.

All school board members, Tracey Reinhart, Danny Robbins, Brandon Veach, Steve Matheny, Johnny McCain, Tony Crowell and Jeremy Jackson, were present.

Castor then recommended reassigning Middle School Principal Dale Case as principal for pre-K through 8.

The board voted unanimously to reassign Mr. Case.

The board adjourned with no further action being taken.
