Nursing home week kicked off with balloon release

The Manila Nursing Home kicked off National Nursing Home Week (May 8-13) with a balloon release on Monday.

Staff and residents at Manila Nursing Center held a balloon release kicking off Nursing Home Week.
The residents will enjoy activities daily. Monday was pajama day. Cookies and milk were served.

Tuesday is Cowboy and Indian day with chips and dip served.

Wednesday will be 70's day. Snocones will be served in the afternoon

Thursday will be Divi Day and ice cream sundaes were served.

On Friday the nursing home staff and residents will host a Luau cook-out starting at 11 a.m. with all volunteer and friends of the nursing home invited.
