Bonnets in time for Easter

The Manila Housing Authority residents enjoyed an Easter bonnet luncheon on Thursday. Janice Flannigan, executive director, welcomed everyone.

Ms. Flannigan, assistant Darlene Dunn, and Tony Bennett, maintenance supervisor, joined the residents creating Easter bonnets.

Judges were Revis Blaylock and Kaye Farrow.

Winning the bonnet competition were Jerry Jones (with his chocolate hat) fourth place; Kelly Keating (with her flowered bonnet) won third place; Jean Edwards (with her homemade pink bonnet and matching dress) won second place; and Benetta Gilbert (with her Liz Taylor bonnet) won first place.
