East Poinsett County doubled Riverside 80-40 in the quarterfinals of the A-AA-AAA Division of the NEA Tournament Monday night at the Convocation Center on the campus of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.

The Warriors held a 24-9 lead after the first quarter and outscored Riverside 27-10 in the second period to take a commanding 51-19 lead into the dressing room at halftime. EPC held a 68-30 advantage after three quarters as the mercy rule was invoked heading into the final frame.

The Rebels, playing without star point guard Jake Love who tore his ACL in Riverside's victory over Ridgefield, was led by Cole Winford's 12 points. Alteeno Sain also hit double digits with 10 points. Tyler Rolland and Jake Emery scored six points apiece, Logan Meurer tallied four while Dylan Wright added two points for the Rebels, who hit 12-21 foul shots while making two three pointers on the night.

EPC placed four players in double figures, led by Jammar Sturdivant's 16 point performance. Rashad Madden tallied 14 while Byron Ford and Brady Jones added 13 and 11 points respectively. The Warriors connected on 13-18 free throws and drained 11 three pointers.
