The second date was perfect weather for a Christmas parade at Caraway. The 2010 parade was postponed from Saturday, Dec. 11 to Friday, Dec. 17, due to rain.
Parade Chairman Bernard Berry expressed his appreciation to everyone who participated and attended. There was a large crowd on both sides of main street watching the parade.
Caraway city employees, police cars from Leachville, Caraway, and Craighead County, ambulance from Caraway and fire trucks from Caraway and Monette along with the Rescue squad led the parade with lights and sirens.
Floats, tractors, antique cars and trucks, pageant winners, and Santa made for a great Christmas parade.
