Michael Ira Brent Jackson, 39, of Leachville, died Sunday, Oct. 24, 2010, at the St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born in Blytheville he had lived most of his life in Leachville. He was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Thomas, III and his maternal grandfather, Ira Jackson.

Survivors include his mother Myra Joy Brimhall; his maternal grandmother, Thelma Jackson; one sister, Thelma Thomas; and a very special nephew, Matthew Jacobs.

A graveside service was held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Leachville Cemetery with rev. Lee Davis officiating. Services were under the direction of Howard Funeral Service in Leachville. The family received visitors from 1:30 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
