Virgil "Bud" Foutch, 81, of Leachville, died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2010, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born July 29, 1929 at Paragould, he was the son of the late Robert and Lessie Cameron Foutch and had been a longtime Leachville resident. Mr. Foutch was retired from Nibco after 28 and a half years and was a member of the Second Baptist Church in Leachville. He enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening and making things.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Foutch of the home; a son, Wayne Foutch of Leachville; a daughter, Karon Henick and husband Keith of Harrisburg; two sisters, Juanita Wall of Paragould and Dolly Cox of Grand Blanc, Mich.; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services were 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 8, at the Second Baptist Church in Leachville with Rev. Lee Davis officiating. Burial was in the Leachville Cemetery under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila.
The family received visitors from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the church.
