Billy Ray Presley, 65, of Manila, died Sunday, Aug. 8, 2010, at Manila Nursing Center. Mr. Presley was born Aug. 22, 1944 in Manila to the late B.F. and Clara Presley. Mr. Presley was of the Baptist faith, an Army veteran, enjoyed watching westerns on TV, reading, playing pool and cards.
Survivors include a brother, Junior Frank Presley of Manila; three sisters, Deloris Woodard of Trumann, Shirley Williamson of Marmaduke and Dorothy James of Mishawaka, Ind.; and a host of other family and friends.
Mr. Presley was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, James Presley and Bobby Wayne Presley.
Funeral services will be held at noon Wednesday, Aug. 11, at Faith Funeral Service in Manila with Mr. David Smith and Ms. Melinda Gryner officiating. The family will receive visitors from 10 a.m. until noon preceding funeral services Wednesday at Faith Funeral Service.
Pallbearers will be Jackie Hill, James Skinner, Bryan Williamson, Colton Williamson, Walter Williamson and Dwight Whittenburg.
