William Edward Carle, 51, of Monette, died Tuesday, May 4, 2010, near Monette. Born in Frankford, Germany, he was the son of the late Harry Edward and Dana Elizabeth Fitzgerald Carle and had lived in the Monette area most of his life. He was a 1977 graduate of the Monette High School and was a retired salesman for Coca-Cola Beverage Co. in Jonesboro. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, David Allen Carle.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Adams Carle of the home; a son, Dustin Carle of Monette; two daughters, Krystal Carmichael and her husband, Buddy, of Leachville, and Kasey Carle of Paragould; a brother, Keith Carle of Valley View; five sisters, Carol McFarlin and her husband, James, of Monette, Elizabeth "Liz" Watson of Paragould, Bonnie Watkins of Tuckerman, Rockie Watkins of Paragould, Laura Watkins Mansfield, also of Paragould; four grandchildren, Trace and Kinley Carmichael and Dylan and Hanah Carle; his aunt Carolyn Young of Stuttgart and special friends Charlene and Dwight Mangrum of Lake City.
A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Howard Funeral Chapel in Leachville with Rev. Roger Brand and Rev. Rusty Byrd officiating.
