"We appreciate all of our school board members," Castor said.
Crowell, a former graduate of Manila High School, has been serving on the school board for six years.
"It has been a learning but rewarding experience," Crowell said. "I learned school business is not run like our private sector business. School law is different. It has been a privilege serving with my fellow school board members. They are a good group and our diversified backgrounds make the cohesiveness of the board good. I am looking forward to the future and meeting the challenges in our district."
