Habitat for Humanity and Mountainview Community Church of Durango, Colo., joined forces for the second year in a row as they prepared lunch for Habitat's construction workers, members of the Bike & Build organization. Bike & Build organizes cross-country bicycle trips which benefit affordable housing groups.

Lead pastor of Mountainview Community Church, Barry Mooney, commented on MCC's work with Habitat, "We enjoy our relationship with Habitat. MCC believes strongly in serving our community. There is no greater way to show God's love than serving those who are sacrificially serving others."

Mooney and his wife, Ellen Darr Mooney, are formerly of Monette and Caraway and grew up helping out in the northeast Arkansas community.
