Alma Lee Williams, 82 of Jonesboro, formerly of Manila died Wednesday, May 13, 2009, at her home. She was the widow of Thomas Edward "Ed" Williams and had lived in Jonesboro for the past 12 years. Born at Senath, she was the daughter of the late B.O. and Ollie Patterson Kelley and was a lifelong area resident. Mrs. Williams was a faithful and longtime member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Manila.

She was also preceded in death by four brothers and a sister.

Survivors include two daughters, Glinda Faye Huber and husband Barry of Jonesboro, and Sharron Lee Hutton of Jonesboro; two sisters, Marie Shaver of Elyria, Ohio, and Willie "Bea" Jones of Dyess; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Friday at Howard Funeral Chapel in Manila with Rev. Cass Ledbetter officiating. Burial was in the Manila Cemetery. The family received visitors Friday from noon until service time.
