Rose Marie Gray, 72, of Leachville, died Wednesday, April 1, 2009, at her home. Born at ElPaso, she was the daughter of the late Orn and Emma Neal Adams and was raised in Leachville where she was a 1956 graduate of Leachville High School. She had lived many years in the Dallas area where she was a sales associate for Sterling Jewelry. Following her retirement, she returned to Leachville in 2001 and was a member of the First Baptist Church. Rose was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and friend to many.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Gray, of Leachville; three daughters, Rebecca Teguns of Chicago, Ill., Cindy Chamberlain and husband, Michael, of Snellville, Ga., and Amy Floyd and husband, Clay, of Leachville; a stepson, Michael Gray and his wife, Maggie, of Charlotte, N.C.; a stepdaughter, Kimberli Jenkins and her husband, Raleigh, of Spring, Texas; her brother and sister-in-law, Charles "Boe" Adams and his wife, Myrna, of Leachville; two sisters, Bonnie Lloyd and husband, Joe, of Irving, Texas, and Tulula Cagle of Leachville; seven grandchildren, Mark, Tiffani, Dylan, Derek, Sean, Vanessa and Haleigh.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville with Rick Rose and Mitch Slayton officiating. Burial was in Leachville Cemetery. The family received visitors Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
