Dillon Bogle led Manila with 15 points while Zack Day drilled three treys on his way to 12 points in the Lion's victory Saturday afternoon. Dillon Burrow scored eight points, Garrett Baker tallied five, Blake Miller netted three while Zack Reinhart contributed one point. Manila broke a 6-6 first period tie and took a 20-15 led into the dressing room at the half. The junior Colts rallied to pull within two, 27-25, entering the fourth period.
Manila fell behind 33-31 with 3:29 left in the game, but took the lead for good on Bogle's three point play at the 3:15 mark. The Lions held on for the win despite hitting just 13-31 from the foul line.

Kristen Wise hit two late free throws to help Manila hold off Hoxie, 29-26, Saturday morning. The Lady Lions led 5-3 after the opening quarter, 16-9 at the half and 22-19 after three periods of play.
Courtney Craine and Shelby Wallace led Manila with eight points apiece while Wise finished with six. Taylor Teague scored five while Taylor Bishop added two points. Manila connected on 7-24 foul shots and made two treys.
