Eugene Jackson

Eugene Jackson, 69, of Leachville, died Thursday, Jan. 29, 2009, at his home. Born at Hollywood, Mo., he was the son of the late Mildred Skaggs Jackson and had been a lifelong Leachville resident.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his son, Dennis Eugene Jackson, in 2000.

He is survived by a daughter, Teresa Hinni of St. Peters, Mo.; his father, Stonewall "Stoney" Jackson of Leachville; a granddaughter, Sarah Hinni, of St. Peters, Mo.

The funeral was held 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3, at the Howard Funeral Chapel in Leachville with Rev. Russel Rhodes officiating. Burial was in the Leachville Cemetery.
