Jordan Madden's 29 point outburst powered East Poinsett County to a 55-46 victory over Riverside in 2A-3 conference action Tuesday night at Lepanto.

Riverside got double digit scoring from both Morgan Emery and Katey Campbell. The two seniors chipped in 17 and 15 points respectively. Anne Marie Johnson tallied eight points, Brianna Driver scored three, Michelle Cobb netted two while Kailey Holt added one. Riverside finished 13-18 from the foul line and hit five three pointers on the night.
In junior high action, EPC rolled to a 48-27 victory over Riverside behind Brittany Ball's 21 point performance.
Becca Frayer led the Lady Rebels with 12 points while Lauren Weaver chipped in nine. Kenzley Wilson scored three, Emilee Manues tallied two while Anna Brickell added one. Riverside shot a miserable 6-20 from the foul line and hit one trey.
The junior Lady Rebels dropped a 35-30 decision to Rector Thursday night at Lake City. Allison Duncan and Heather Scott scored 10 points apiece to lead the Lady Cougars, who hit 8-20 free throws while draining three treys.
Lauren Weaver pumped in a game high 21 points for Riverside. Emile Manues tallied three while Becca Frayer, Lindsey Bennett and Kenzley Wilson all added two points apiece. Riverside hit just 3-11 free throws and made one three pointer.
Riverside's senior high game with Rector was cancelled due to an emergency. The game will be replayed at a later date.
Riverside returns to action Monday night when they journey to Cherry Valley to take on Cross County. The Lady Rebels will close the week hosting Buffalo Island Central Thursday night at Caraway.
