Phillip J. Warren

Phillip Jerome Warren, 59, of Caraway died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2008, in Advance Care Hospital at Searcy. He was born Nov. 16, 1949, at Wilson, was a machinist and of the Church of Christ faith. He was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his brothers, Kenneth Warren of Southaven, Miss., Larry Warren of Parkin and Danny Warren of Caraway, and Robert Warren of Osceola.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, a sister, and two brothers.

A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. Friday in Dyess Cemetery with Gary Andrews officiating under the direction of Wilson's Osceola Funeral Home.
