Don Rogers

Donald Rogers, 75, died Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008, at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born March 16, 1933, in Saddle to the late Milton and Ora Rogers. He was a retired farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Rogers; stepmother, Alberta Rogers; five stepchildren, Carol Binkard, Robbie McMillen, Cindy Fuller, Judy Newman and Lisa Williams; a brother, Odis Rogers; a stepbrother, William Sills; a stepsister, Francis Mclemore; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by two sisters.

A celebration of his life was held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, at Gregg Funeral Home in Monette with Rev. Ron Mansfield officiating. Burial was in Senath Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Nick Goodman, Steven Newman, Jorge Meza, Odell Hopper, Yohan Stanley and Ed Killian.
