Edna Lovean Harris, 76, of Black Oak Community died Monday, Nov. 3, 2008. She was born Aug. 27, 1932, at Houston, Ark., to the late Riley Ezra and Martha McGlothlin and was of the Pentecostal faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Odis Harris.
She is survived by a daughter, Joyce Crabb, and husband, Gordie, of Rockford, Ill.; a son, Rodney Harris, and wife, Debbie, of Tyronza; a brother, William McGlothlin, and wife, Patricia of Marked Tree; four sisters, Juanita Chism, and husband, Bernard, Essie May, and husband, Glen, and Mary Maddox, all of Houston, and Jannie Adams, and husband, Don, of Sherwood; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held at 9:30 a.m. Friday in the Church of God at Marked Tree with interment at 3 p.m. in Antioch Cemetery near Perryville in Perry County. Arrangements were under the direction of Roller Citizens Funeral home of West Memphis.
