Cory Turner

Cory Turner of Leachville was selected to participate in the All-State showcase for his USSSA 9 and under baseball team.

He and two other players, Tanner and Tyler Harvey, represented the NEA Crush Team.

They traveled to Marion on Aug. 2 where they were recognized for the honor.

Each player received a plaque, tee shirt and USSSA cap.

The boys had the opportunity to play with other players from Arkansas. Boys were divided into three teams and played two games.

Cory is the son of Frankie and Lisa Turner of Leachville.
