John Wallace Wilburn, Sr., 49, of Mayfield, Ky., died Sunday, March 23, 2008.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Wilburn of Mayfield; two sons, Anthony Wilburn of Mayfield and John Wilburn, Jr. of Garden Point; three granddaughters; two brothers, Kemp Kennedy of New Albany, Miss., and Travis Kennedy of Fairfield Bay; three sisters, Faye Parker, Patricia Borden and Linda Faires, all of Garden Point.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Chapel of Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola. Interment was in Garden Point Cemetery in Etowah.
