Helen Louise Watson, 85, of Monette died Friday, Feb. 15, 2008, at Jonesboro. She was born March 22, 1922, at Helena to the late Issac Melton Snyder and the late Martha McKever.

She is survived by her sons, Clyde Watson of Monette and J.T. Watson, Jr. Of spring, Texas; a sister, Edith Call of Memphis; a brother, Robert Louis Snyder of West Helena; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her sons, Clarence Watson, Ernie Watson and Richard Watson; two grandsons, Jimmy Watson and Daniel Burks; and one granddaughter, Lamee Box.

A graveside service was held at 10 a.m. Monday in Sunset Memorial Park at West Helena. Gary Malone officiated.
