Harold E. Poe born on April 28, 1933, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Jan. 15, 2007 at the age of 73. He had been battling lung cancer for 15 months. Born and raised in Manila, he had resided in San Antonio, Texas, for the past 25 years.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Martin Poe, and children, Vicki Poe Willett, and son Andrew Willett, Richard Poe, wife Tammy and children, Wade and Mallory, and Mitchell Poe, wife Lorie and children, Whitney and Kelsey, and his sister, Neldeane Poe.
